Not all in the mind - the contribution of brain science to modern psychiatry
A stimulating lecture by Professor David Nutt exploring the emerging and growing evidence of alterations in brain functions that could give us more insight in aetiology of psychiatric disorders and how this would this would reflect on our endeavours to treat mental health problems. Professor Nutt is a renowned neuro-psychopharmacologist who is currently the Edmond J. Safra Professor of Neuropsychopharmacology and director of the Neuropsychopharmacology Unit in the Division of Brain Sciences at Imperial College London.
