Out of the Blues Public Event
The Out of the Blues Trustees is pleased to announce a public event to be held on 19th Oct 5-7 pm at Newcastle University Boiler House. The event will be an opportunity to learn more about the Out of the Blues charity and the work it is doing. In addition, there will be two keynote talks:
Simon Kitchen (Chief Executive Officer, Bipolar UK) will discuss the findings of the Bipolar Commission, including the issue of the delay in patients receiving a diagnosis of bipolar disorder.
David Erritzoe (Senior Lecturer in Psychiatry, Imperial College London) will discuss the potential role of psychedelics in the treatment of depression in the NHS.
