CPD Event - Second NCMD Annual Mood Disorders Meeting - 10th February 2017

The NCMD is a venture between Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust and Newcastle University which aims to improve clinical care in depression and bipolar disorder through research.

On the 10th February 2017, NCMD hosted the second Annual Continuing Professional Development meeting for psychiatrists and other health care professionals. The programme included key note talks from Dr Peter Talbot from Manchester along with Dr Cousins, Dr Currie, Prof Ferrier and Dr McAllister-Williams from NCMD. The programme also included three brief research presentations (Dr Watson, Dr Robinson and Ms Flowers) and a couple of clinically orientated talks (Dr Stageman and Dr Emechebe). The day long conference was attended by over 100 delegates.
